When I open my browser the Yahoo toolbar does not load, have to close browser and reopen?

I have to close and re-open the browser at least three times to get it to load the Yahoo toolbar but my other bars load every time. This is a recent occurrence and has me baffled.

Try re-installing the toolbar and make sure it is ticked in the menu. get it from here -
