How come when i download yahoo toolbar – it downloads

How come when i download yahoo toolbar – it downloads – i can see it …?

Then it disappears – i just seem to lose it …?

Right click Tools (or click View, Toolbars) and on the list of Toolbars does Yahoo! Toolbar looked grey out? If so, then the add-ons for the Y! toolbar have been disabled. Click Tools, click Manage Add-ons and enable all entries that have Yahoo! as the Publisher. If not, then click Yahoo! toolbar. If that doesn’t resolve your problem and you are using IE 6 and running Windows XP Service Pack 2 or 3, then I suggest you upgrade IE 6 to IE 7. Have a good one.
