If I download a toolbar, will it load onto the other accounts on my laptop?

I share my laptop with my bro and I want to download a toolbar and I was wondering that if I download the toolbar onto my account would it download onto his account too?
If you need to know which toolbar, it is the Zwinky toolbar thing.
