Is there a way to download the SBC Yahoo toolbar?

SBC is my internet provider and on my desktop computer I have the SBC Yahoo toolbar – but my laptop only has the Yahoo toolbar.I am trying to find out if there’s a way I can download the SBC Yahoo toolbar?This is my Third attempt at an answer to this question in the third different area.Please help!
I currently have the Yahoo toolbar.I would like to download the SBC Yahoo toolbar.Not the SBC Browser.The toolbar itself.Is there a place to do this.I have ask this same question in 3 different places begings about an hour ago and have got only one answer and it is not correct.Please help if you can.
