why cant i get the antispyware to download and work on my yahoo toolbar?
I have downloaded the yahoo toolbar more than once and the antispyware hasnt worked. I did have it previously prior to the upgrade but I dont have it now.
By upgrading to the new toolbar, the old anti-spyware button disappeared but the installation routine for the new one from Norton just keeps installing more toolbars. Thoroughly lousy system, especially considering that the toolbar upgrade was communicated as an important fix. The whole thing smells like a scam to get folks to buy the Norton software while at the same time mucking up the displays. What a mess.
i think u need to have your lacoste collars popped up.. after u do that, try it again.

This is the way it works. I don’t why they have it set up like this (probably to try to get you to click Get Norton Internet Security, which is only free for thirty days), but when you download the new Yahoo! Toolbar all you get is the Norton Spyware Scan Icon. To actually get Norton Spyware Scan click the Norton Spyware Scan icon, click Get my free Norton Spyware Scan, Yahoo! Toolbar will be downloaded again and this time Norton Spyware Scan will be downloaded and installed.

same thing is happening to me, except my toolbar is just gone.it says i have it on the computer but it isnt there. i think they are having problems at yahoo
