Are there any free programs like the microsoft word speech toolbar?

Are there any programs like the Microsoft word speech tool bar?
(The one that you type in words, or highlight words and it says in one the computer)

there’s a toolbar for it? anyway if you are just talking about the toolbar one than there is an actually Microsoft speech that you should all ready have just go to your control panel in start at the bottom and if you want 2 more voices go here http://digitalph33r.blogspot.com/2008/04/notice-faq-frequently-asked-questions.html and near the bottom it should show a link that’s blue called "here" and just click on it and download it.
