Firefox Recommended Add-ons – Part One, All-in-One Sidebar, Chatzilla, Interclue, Cooliris…

If you’re interested in knowing how to turn Youtube, Google, Wikipedia, and other sites dark, the add-on you’re looking for is Stylish, which can be found in my second video. But if you don’t want to navigate to that video, Ill explain it here.

To get custom themes for websites, such as YouTube, Google, or Wikipedia, get the Add-on, Stylish. Once you’ve installed it, then go to the icon in the bottom right of the window, then click it. Then, click “Find Styles For This Page.” From there, find the style you find interesting, and install it.

These are some add-ons that are recommended on the Firefox website.

At the moment I don’t have a working mic, so try your best to understand what I’m doing. Fortunately, I’ve recently completed adding annotations.

Warning (Google Toolbar): I have downloaded the Google Toolbar off the Google site before, only to later discover it contained a fresh virus. So, unless you can download it off the Firefox site…

    I know, but when I made the video, I’d only been using Firefox for about two months, so I felt like trying out all the add-ons. But now I’ve gotten rid of most of my add-ons now, so now I only about 5 running at the moment.

    I like the video and find it useful however your Firefox is extremely cluttered. I see no reason for the Google tool bar since Firefox provides most of its features already.

    I’m sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with my video. Perhaps you can do better?

    As far as using the add-ons, I don’t see how it’s difficult to use them. The video explains most of the basics of using them, except Stylish, which is (or will be) added to the description.

    its called stylish 0.5.9. only for firefox. when its downloaded/installed you will get a icon in the right down corner. leftclick it and you’l see: ¨find styles for this website¨ click it and a hole bunch of themes will pop up in a new vindow. select that one you want. just click it and thats it
