How do I get my Google Toolbar back?

I used to have a Google Toolbar on my Internet page. But then we got the laptop files cleaned and it is gone. It is still in my downloads file. It just doesn’t work. If i try to download it again it says an error occured. What do i do?
I have tried deleting it and installing it again but it still says error. On tools on the internet it says google toolbar is enabled, even when I delete it.

Just reinstall it from google

    Restore your pc.

  2. Right click on your browser’s toolbar. There will be drop down box. Google Toolbar should be on there and it will be unchecked. Click on it to activate so it will show up again.

  5. You can download it again. The file which is in Downloaded Files folder might be corrupted. So uninstall google toolbar from add & remove programs and reinstall it.
