I like to have my toolbar set up a certain way. I am able to get the buttons to stay in the order I want them but the address and links bars alwawys default back to where Microsoft wants them after I close the window. This is driving me nuts!
After you’ve arranged the toolbar the way you want it, right-click on the toolbar and check the option "Lock the Toolbars". This will keep it the way you want it, always.
