If you push the right button on your mouse (instead of the left button), it should say "yahoo tool bar". When you click it, the check should go away and so should the tool bar. Hope that helps. References :
Go up to the top of the page and click on view,there you will see toolbars click on that.The ones with a check by them are the ones you see,just click the one you don’t want to see and that will take the check off,that will remove that toolbar. References :
if you cannot find it over the add/remove programs, open your IE and when you see your yahoo tool bar, at the left side there is a small black triangle pointing downward, click it, and you will see "uninstall". click uninstall and yahoo tool bar will be deleted/uninstalled. then restart your PC.
*other answers are only advising you to hide that yahoo tool bar by clicking the "view" and to click or unclick the yahoo tool bar, which in return will hide/unhide it but not deleting/uninstalling it. References :
