How do I get the internet toolbar back?

I accidentally hit some buttons on my keyboard by accident, and now my internet toolbar only pops up when you scroll over it, how to i get it to come back!?

Pay attention, try F11 for if you went full screen, right click on empty space , click on your tool bar , or click view, and get it back. ~
Edit : I gave 3 ways to get it back, the pay attention is for when you click on keyboard, pay attention to what you are doing, the td, thumbs down was not necessary.

Edit : I have never lost mine. i know what i am clicking, those 3 solutions will get it back,

  3. Try rightclicking where the toolbar is supposed to be (Or where the other ones are, that general area, where nothing is..) and make sure it is checked. If it is because you went into fullscreen, hit F11 to bring it back..

  4. at the bottom? Put your mouse over it, when it rises, right-click on it anc choose properties. Unclick the "auto-hide taskbar" option.

    click View>Toolbars>Address Bar

    Check "lock the toolbars"
