How to put toolbar on internet?

The "toolbar" that says file, tools, and things like that. How do I put it back up on my internet because it is not there.

If you want to use the tools that oneself like added toolbar of IE,you can press Win + R, input gpedit.msc, open the group policy editor window. Again ordinal opens "user configuration – Windows Settings – Internet Explorer browser maintenance – user interface". Double-click on the right window of "browser toolbar button", and in the pop-up window click "add" button to enter add IE toolbar button window.
In "toolbar title" place in IE toolbar button input displayed on the text, in "toolbar operation" place input program complete path, in "toolbar color ICONS" and "toolbar gray ICONS" place respectively in IE toolbar button input displayed on the gray ICONS and colors icon file complete path, the final "by default, this button in the toolbar should display on" checkbox to choose.

it’s easy
right click near the address bar > click onto Menu Bar

address bar is where you type in the address like http://www.google.com
