How do I take the Yahoo Search off of Yahoo Toolbar?

I want to remove the yahoo search area on the left of the toolbar since I really only search on Google…is this possible?

Unfortunately, no, you can’t remove the "WEB SEARCH" part of the Yahoo! Toolbar. It’s there to stay. That’s the price we have to pay for a "free" toolbar. If you grab the resizing control (it looks like a vertical bar with left/right arrows) just to the right of the "WEB SEARCH" text, you can resize it to make it smaller – taking up less space.
