How do I get my IE toolbar from stop disappearing?

Until recently, my toolbar with File/Edit/View/Favorites/Tools was permanently fixed on top of my screen. Now, I need to hit the "alt" key to get the toolbar to appear for five or six seconds. How do I get the toolbar to appear permanently again?

Okay press the Alt key. Click on View > Toolbars > Menu bar.

you don’t. you get firefox or google chrome or anything else because it is the worst browser available to the public
