How do I permanently delete the Yahoo Toolbar from my computer?

I want to delete the toolbar, not just hide it.

To delete yahoo toolbar.
*****************************
1> Click “start” (bottom left).
2> Click control panel.
3> Click add and remove programs
4> Scroll down to Yahoo toolbar click to delete. Done.
