How do I use google translate as a toolbar?

I used to have a toolbar that translated German websites I went on into English so I could understand them. I’m pretty sure it was a google thing. It seems to have disappeared and now I have to copy and past the content of website into a translator thing to understand it. How can I get the toolbar back?

I’m using internet explorer if that makes a difference.

You may need to just turn the translate option back on. Go to view-> toolbars and turn on the Google toolbar. If this doesn’t work you can left click above the address bar to the right. Click somewhere where you don’t open another program. If done correctly you’ll get a dialogue box with options. Select "customize" at the bottom of the list and then click "add remove commands".

Finally if none of this works consider reinstalling the toolbar. The URL is below.
