How do you disable the pop up blocker for Yahoo toolbar?

It keeps blocking sites, but I can not find the pop up blocker on the toolbar. I believe I have the old version of Yahoo toolbar, but the blocker is not listed on the toolbar with the rest of the icons. I have clicked on the little double arrow at the right side of Yahoo toolbar, but it is not there. Where can I find it?

If you don’t see the pop-up blocker icon on the Y! toolbar, then pop-ups are probably being blocked by the IE pop-up blocker and/or pop-up blockers on other 3rd party toolbars (assuming you have them). Click the IE Tools button and move mouse to where it says Pop-Up Blocker. Turn it off or add sites to the list.
