How do you get rid of the red toolbar on the screen of an iPod touch because of Textfree calling?

I just got the beta version of Textfree calling for iPod touch, but now there’s a pulsing red toolbar at the top of my screen. I love the app, but the toolbar is distracting and it makes my screen smaller. Does anyone know how to get rid of it?

Well, mine disappeared after a couple of days….and u can delete the app then reinstall it….ur welcome!!!!
