To help with the … To help with the toolbar issue (I just did this on my Windows 7 computer), right click the toolbar and make sure the line “Lock the taskbar” doesn’t have a checkmark next to it. If it does, click on it and it should go away. From that point on, just literally left click the toolbar and drag to the top and let go.
If you still have problems, feel free to let me know. I’mma geek like that.
