How can I display by default in Excel only the toolbars that I want to see when I open a spreadsheet?

I usually only want to see the "standard" and "formatting" toolbars. Sometimes the "doc manager" and "reviewing" toolbars show up when I open a document. Then I just have to close them. (I rarely use them and they just take up real estate on the screen.) How can I prevent them from showing in the first place?

open the spreadsheet. then go to view on the main menu and select toolbars and tick the ones you want then save the file.
