How do i get my windows xp theme back for my toolbars?

My bro change the theme for windows xp and the toolbars re not windows xp but windows classic, Now when i tried to change it back the windows xp theme was not there.

right click start button then right click properties, take check mark out of classic view and put into xp view poof done~
