How do I get Openoffice to look like Microsoft Office? I need the toolbars to look the same.?

I am using openoffice 3.10, and I like Calc but I need the Excel toolbars with trace, etc… Also, simple stuff like F4 don’t seem to work as well. Is there an extension for Openoffice that makes it work more like MS Office?
