How Do I make the toolbars on word permamently there?
soo im a student and the toolbars are helpful, how do i make it so they’re there by default?
If you have Office 2007 or 2010, I suspect you mean "How do i keep the Ribbon from minimizing?" If so, do either of these:
1. Double-click on any of the Ribbon tabs.
or
1. Right-click on one of the Ribbon tabs and uncheck Minimize Ribbon.

When you save a document however your toolbars are configured they will stay like that when you open it again.

Go to view, toolbars and pick the toolbar you want. Make sure you drag it to the top, bottom or any side of the screen so that it will stay there.
Alternatively, you can go under view, toolbars, custom and pick and choose each little button you want. Drag them into an already existing toolbar and voila! Instant customization to your liking.
