Blackberry Storm, Toolbar gone and can only zoom in on the web browser. Help?

So my mom got a Backberry storm, and we are currently learnng how to use it. While using it to browse the web, i have found that by clicking, you can zoom is. The problem is, the toolbar at the bottom keeps dissappearing, and i don konw how to make it come back. Can somebody help us out?

If you lightly tap (not click) the screen, the toolbar should pop back up. It’s also useful to note that double tapping (not clicking) will also zoom in.
