How do i get the toolbar which includes file, view edit etc on the top of my web browser?

I have just reset my computer. I have internet explorer and it has all the standard toolbar settings but it doesn’t seem to have the standard toolbar which includes the file, view, edit options. Does anyone know how i can get this up?

upper right corner under the red X click tools & make sure the menu bar has a check mark

Right-click at the top of the screen (Just below the bar at the top) and you should find what you need there::
