The yahoo toolbar in my web is broken, making me not able to access the net?

Windows told me that to solve the problem, I
must download the newer version of the toolbar, however, in order to do so I have to acces the Internet, which I can’t! HELP!

You should be able to access the internet directly from your original browser program in the main Programs list. Right-click the program icon, select Send To, Desktop (create shortcut) or ust click he program to open it manually.
If that doesn’t work for you, use another computer to download and SAVE the newer version of the toolbar, transfer to to a flash drive, and install it on your machine AFTER deleting the old toolbar.
